hello, what do you mean by falling asleep in class? did he feel sleepy or did he pass out in class? my son fell asleep in class on friday, after telling his teacher he was not feeling well. He has a low grade fever but was having a pretty normal day, without strenuous activity today but a couple of hours ago, while talking to me, he blacked out and fainted. He hit his head on the floor but came round after a few seconds.
i hope your son is better now and if you have any information that would help, please let me know. I will also do the same when I find out more about this.
