It sounds like you are already doing "everything" right, and that your body is just going to have these allergic reactions. I also have allergies, and it is our histamines "over-reacting" to the pollen or dander.

As far as itchy eyes, I have not heard of anything else that you can add to your regimen to provide relief; the only other natural thing you can do are avoidance measures. Perhaps washing your hair before bed (if you are allergic to pollen, it can stay on your clothes and in your hair overnight). Keeping track of what you are allergic to, and checking the pollen count can help you plan your day (if it is a high pollen day for your particular allergen, you can perhaps skip an outdoor walk and workout inside, as an example of "avoidance"). Keep your house clean, dander-free (as much as possible), change your air filters regularly and perhaps sleep with an air humidifier could help.

For me, I have prescription eye drops that works wonderfully for my itchy eyes (I would be non-functioning on certain days without it!).
