I tried it for three months if memory serves me. It was such a nightmare that I wish I could be more precise and kept better records. I would have kept records if I knew it would be such a disaster. Anybody contemplating Wiley should keep records.
The Wiley protocol left a brown "linea negra" line between my sternum and pubis (this line is usually only associated with pregnancy). That took two years to fade! I didn't take a picture but a couple of ex-Wiley patients did for legal purposes.
Diane, now I just use estradial cream and progesterone cream. I recommend Dr. Uzzi Reiss' book on hormones. Dr. Vliet has a good book too.
