I totally agree with it. For example, I have been to support groups, and there is always the handful of people, that just talk about all the horrible things that are happening. In fact, I've even chimed in, with something positive, and they don't even acknowledge it. Its like I wasnt there at all! ahaha And if you don't watch out, you can end up leaving with a 'toxic' feeling. I usually don't return to these groups.

There is always the exceptions, its good to talk about the bad, we need to get it out- but learning to turn the negative energy into positive energy, should be the goal.
When I was at my worst, I always laughed and made jokes. When I was losing my hair from my hormonal imbalances, I couldnt afford to have extensions put in, so I went to a costume shop and bought ridiculous $10 wigs. That way, I never held back from going out with friends. I didnt sit at home and feel sorry for myself that I wasnt out, that my disease was ruining my life.
I will never doubt, the little things I do help me heal faster. At least my spirit and mind always stay healthy. And I like to assume my body is following. ahaha

One reason I'm so glad I found this site, is everyone is so much more positive, than other health forums.
