Hi Allison, Sorry I just went out there and did not give more information. My sister passed away 6 years ago to cancer and after that I really looked into health/excercise and wanted to research natural herbs. With this, I have looked into several different products and health formulas to help myself and health. Recently I came accross healthy coffee and in it was the herb Ganoderma. I started taking it and it was one of the only things through my years of research that really made me feel better. I noticed an increase in my energy, weight loss, better focus and even a reduction of my allergies and asthma. For me this was something that made me take a step back and think that this herb may help many more people in search for a healthier lifestyle. I have several friends that I told this to and they started drinking the healthy coffee as well and had health benefits to drinking it too.

With it being an herb there really isn't any side effects but the positive effects are numerous in count. This is why I initially challenged people to research it since there are many benefits to taking this herb. To name a few are, reduction in high blood pressure, help with asthma and allergies, reduction in diabetes, increase energy, natural detoxification, etc. As far as the dosage, the coffee has one capsule of the Ganomderma in each sachet which equals out to be 250mg. There isn't any drug interactions that I am aware of that can't be taken with the Ganoderma. The Chinese pharmacopeia actually rates Ganoderma at the top of it's list as the king of herbs, above more commonly known herbs such as Ginseng.

Thank you, hopefully that helps out more!
