I want to echo Tina's question, have you asked your doctor about your lack of energy? Were your energy levels fine before you started taking your medication?
I ask only in case there is a possibility you are also dealing with a mild depression; it wouldn't be surprising after all you have been through. Depression can also cause a lack of energy and difficulty accomplishing even minor tasks.
