Anon, it is possible for sperm to be present in the man's pre-ejaculate, which is the fluid that actually comes out before he ejaculates. If you are using the withdrawal method of birth control, you should know that it has a 27% failure rate -- which means that of all the people using it, 27% of them -- roughly one in four -- get pregnant within a year.
Did you have unprotected sex around the time you would have been ovulating? Which probably would have been sometime between days 11 and 16?
If so, it is possible that you are pregnant. Since you are about 10 days late I might advise you to buy a home pregnancy test and check to make sure. There are a lot of reasons that a period can be late -- hormones, stress, etc -- but it's good to rule out a pregnancy once you're more than a few days late.
