How long are your cycles, normally? From May 27 to today is 35 days. If your cycles are normally 28 days long, that would make you about seven days late; if they are normally 30 days long, you'd be about five days late, etc. So sure, it's absolutely possible that you are pregnant. Anytime you have unprotected sex you have a chance of getting pregnant, and the more times you try, the better a chance you have.

The earliest pregnancy signs do not tend to be hunger or lower back pain. There can be some mild cramping at the time of implantation, but it usually is not severe. Usually the first symptoms of early pregnancy are swollen and tender breasts and fatigue that is more than usual. Soon after that might come nausea or bloating, though not all women experience the symptoms the same way.
