Hi, Shon. Welcome to EmpowHer!

If your period comes on the 25th every month, count your blessings! How nice it must be to know when it will arrive! (I have always been irregular except when I was on the pill).

If you always get your period on the 25th, then that is Day 1 of your cycle, and you have cycles that are 30 to 31 days long. In general, women ovulate 14 days before they start their next period. So I would suspect that you are ovulating somewhere around the 10th or 11th of each month that you start on the 25th.

Do you know how to watch your cervical mucus for signs that you are ovulating? The cervical mucus is the discharge you get from your vagina during the month. Usually it is sort of whitish and sticky. But when you are ovulating, it changes to be clear and stretchy. Sort of like an egg white. That's when you're most fertile.

Good luck and happy working on your new "project!"
