Have you started your period yet? I ask because I guess we didn't see your question for a few days and so it's gone unanswered in that time.
The answer to your question is yes, it is possible to get pregnant from pre-ejaculate. There is sperm in that fluid and it definitely can cause a pregnancy. It is less likely than it would be if he ejaculated fully inside you, but it definitely can happen.
I am hoping for you, however, that in the meantime you've either tested and gotten an answer or that you've gotten your period.
