Anon, since you had your period since you had sex with the other man, then no, it could not be his baby. Your pregnancy would have happened after that period, and if you have only been with your boyfriend since then, then yes, it would have to be his baby.
The morning-after pill is not 100% effective, but its failure rate is quite low -- about 10 percent, and even lower than that when you do as you did, by taking it the very next morning.
As long as your period was a full period (and not just spotting), then you would not be pregnant from that time.
Have you seen a doctor? DId they give you a due date from examining you?
