I can't really give you a specific position seeing as there are too many but I will say this, as long as you two are comfortable then go for it. If you plan and stick to one position, it'll be boring and might lead to loss of interest for the both of you. So just go with the flow.

As for exercises, take your pick! Yoga, pilates even walking or jogging would be a great start. Pace yourself, get into a rhythm and I'm sure things will work out just fine. Best of luck!
