I took my first spin class last night. I was kinda numb after class and took a tylenol pm to help with the onsetting soreness. Slept well. I am bleeding bright red today.. not on my period also bled from rectum .. not a lot, but enough to get my attention. I feel well, puzzled by blood. Made dr's appointment not till tomorrow.
