The same thing happened to me. I just started spinning classes and noticed brownish vaginal spotting after each class. I have looked it up on the internet and this seems to be fairly common as I found a lot of women posting similars reports. I don't mind the bleeding so much because of the great workout. I just want to know if something's wrong.
