The only thing I can think of is that during Spinning, there is a lot of going up and down and this can dislodge some old blood that you may have pooled and not released during your period. This is extremely common and you may even notice it sometimes after sex as well. If you feel concerned about the spotting, you can visit your doctor and see what s/he says. Some women also feel that getting your own seat cover--such as one made out of gel is much gentler on your pubic area than the standard seat that the spinning bikes come with.
