Hi Coach Virginia, I had called the endo, she sent me a lab slip to be tested for the TSH levels. I go on Tuesday to get it done. I did not know that tap water inhibits the absorption of iodine. Thanks for the tip. I am also going to see the dietitian at the endo's office to have her tell me what I am able to eat and not eat. Hopefully, she will give me a list of foods that I should limit. I will let you know what I find out after the tests are in. Thanks for your help, it is much appreciated.'
