Thank you so much for your reply. Just this morning, we went jogging before finally taking the PT. I was so nervous really. He bought it at the drugstore. It took me one hour to internalize and face the reality. Just when I was about to go in the toilet, I felt some discharges. And guess what?? It's my period!! Im so shocked and happy!! It was such a relief. Your advice to stay calm and relax helped me a lot. Your reply really helped me to feel less stressed out the whole day yesterday. And I can't thank you enough for your advice! I'm really grateful. Of course to my guy also for always staying by my side and assuring me during this phase in my life.
