You can try to take one for a piece of mind although, I would wait. You do have a chance of pregnancy due to the lack of proper protection. Using any sort of antibiotics, you always want to use a backup method such as a condom since birth control is usually worthless while using antibiotics. At this time, all you can do is wait.
