It started right after the split of my marriage. I am single, but have benefits with my ex. There are triggers, they could be anything. Sometimes it comes out of no-where, then my thoughts are about sex. It can last all day, and is very distracting. I call this the fire, and it lasts for up to 10 days out of the month. I pleasure myself, and an hour later, its back. I"ll have great sex, a couple hours later, its back. There is at times passion, but no emotion. That may be the problem, even though what Im feeling is very physical. From what I have read, there are certain times of the month when testosterone is high. My heartrate is much faster, and my focus is affected. I do my best to distract myself. I can actually feel when it decreases, cause I can breathe easier, and feel much more feminen. I wish there was someone who could say," I know what your going through." I dont want to lose my sexdrive, just learn to deal with it better. tnx.
