I am 43 and have kids from ages 2-24. My husband and I find life with our children much more enjoyable now that we are older. i was more task driven when my older children were younger. Keeping up on kids activities and being busy doesn't make you good parents. Spending time, listening to them, and maybe just an evening relaxing , enjoying them with a game is something they might cherish more.
