Thanks for the great information. In the midwest, we just need the heat now. I was in the Army for eight years and I remember passing out from heat stroke one time when I was running in a physical training test. It was so hot that day and there was not enough water that I could drink that would keep me hydrated.
I fell to the ground and when I woke up, I was surrounded by people and was soaking wet from people dumping water over me to cool me down. I was so ill for about 5 days after my fall, in the hospital on an IV trying to rehydrate. I certainly wouldn't want that to happen again. This is a great way to begin the summer season. Knowledge.
