Sexual arousal is different for every person, and if you are not experiencing this feeling of getting excited sexually around your boyfriend, it can mean many different things. However, you have to be honest with yourself and open to it's "meaning". If you are not "in the mood", "horny" or "physically/emotionally/sexually aroused", then it could mean:
1. You do not want to have sex or be physically intimate with your boyfriend at that time.
2. Your physical body is telling you something about your relationship with your boyfriend, that your mind/emotions are not ready to listen to yet (perhaps he may not be "the one" for you).
3. You may have had previous bad physical/sexual experiences in the past, anything from your boyfriend going too fast and not having time to help you become physically aroused..to having traumatic sexual experiences that you did not want. Men are physically aroused sooner than women, and you and he can allow yourself time to become sexually "horny" with more stimulation that you enjoy.
