I did not see Tri Cyclen Lo on the chart (Oral Contraceptives that can be used as emergency contraception).

You know, I would love to say your chances are slim, but you never know how each woman's cycle differs, even the same woman how her cycle differs from month-to-month. It is a guessing game. I do know that the worst pills to miss are the first 2 pills in the first week (because you have been hormone-free for 7 inactive days, and then have extended this by an additional 2 days). It says clearly, "it is possible to become pregnant if you have unprotected intercourse within the 7 days after 2 consecutive missed pills". To me, that means taking extra precautions and getting to the pharmacy for Plan B, since the pills you missed were the worst to miss: the first 2 from week 1, plus had unprotected intercourse within those 7 days...that is the formula for emergency contraception in my professional opinion.

Don't worry about jinxing anything...what is done is in the past. Please take control of your situation and make the best informed decision that you can right now.

Best wishes, and please let me know what you decide!
