Alison, it seems like you have a lot of knowledge in the area I have a few questions about. I had my last period start July 20 and I am on yasmin and have been for about a year. I had sex at the end of my period on the 24th but only with the pull out method. I recently got on antibiotics for uti on the 27th.I am a Sunday starter and realized I totally forgot to take the entire first week of bc and I had unprotected sex August 1st. I have heard that missing the first week of bc highers the risk of pregnancy significantly. I have still not taken any pills due to the fact I may be pregnant. If you could please tell me more about how the body responds to coming off of bc and ovulation as well as the chance of being pregnant with my situation? Thank you.
