Same thing for me. Once I cool down, that's when the headache kicks into high gear. I have had this since I was a child. While it am in the heat, my face turns bright red and I can feel the pounding start. I wear hats, stay in the shade when possible and drink plenty of water and Gatorade. Nothing helps. If I get overheated doing housework or exercising, same thing happens. I love to be outside and garden and be active, but I pay for it later.
