A previous leep surgery shows a history of HPV virus but I personally cannot provide you a diagnosis on what your condition may be, this advise belongs to a qualified physician who can examine you and order the necessary diagnostic test. So I urge you to consider making an appointment as soon as possible with your primary care doctor.
