This is a good share and an important message. Did you know that healthcare for women is more expensive then men’s? This is a common occurrence in healthcare. Why? Check into prices to purchase your own health benefits for a 30 year old woman? The rates are astronomical. Why? Baby-bearing age.
A few years ago, I lost my healthcare insurance with my employer and had to purchase my own. I signed a waiver to ascertain better rates to say that the insurance would not be responsible if I became pregnant. Thank the Lord I did not get pregnant during those two years but what a gamble.
The statistics are unbelievable but there are great sources of information including EmpowHer to obtain a healthy, so let’s Empow ourselves.
