Or maybe Dr. Oz. I watch his show daily because it keeps me motivated to be healthy. I do agree that you cannot go on with the same diet and maintain a healty weight. You can't even eat bad in moderation. The majority of you diet must be protein, fruits, and vegetables (90%) and the rest fats and sugar (10%).
