thanks so much for the reply!! I just bought fish oils today and ordered the bile salts.
its been 4 years since my surgery do you think the bile salts will still work and help me lose some weight? i also read that they are a steroid is this true? i am giving up all hope here, i work out so much and every month i gain about 5 pounds. one more question (sorry for all the questions, i'm just so desperate for help) you say to stick to a low/non fat diet and i have heard that before but what about sugars and carbs? or is it strictly just fat?
