Wow.

OK, OK. I see I'm going to HAVE to do something about my diet cola habit.

Between the study you wrote about and the studies that show how artificial sweetener might as well be pure sugar the way it acts on the receptors in our body, I'm pretty much deciding I need to work its way out of my life.

It's hard, though, when you enjoy something so much. I'll spend some time in the grocery aisle this week and see if I can find your carbonated spritzers. I tried some a few years ago that I didn't like at all, but I bet there are many more now.

Are you a coffee drinker? I'm not, and colas are pretty much my only source of caffeine. Did you also cut the caffeine out, or just drink coffee or tea?
