I think it's time for a home pregnancy test, first of all. That will at least tell you if you are pregnant or not, which is the first thing you want to know.
Since you had two periods in May and June, my estimation is that (a) if you are pregnant, you have gotten pregnant since then, so you're just a month along, or (b) you are just very late. Either way, an HPT would be the first step. If it is positive, you'll want to call your doctor's office to confirm it; if it's negative, you may want to call anyway, simply because you're much later than normal and you are having some symptoms of early pregnancy.
Will you do those things today? You've stressed over this a long time already, and I know you'd like some answers.
