Well, I have to agree about highs and lows. When I had mine my testosterone peaked at 140 and I was pretty wild--so then it starts to drop off and even out and then go down and then you get new pellet and it starts over again. A friend just got her second round and she said the testosterone had her wired and irritable for 2 weeks. Regardless of what they say I don't see how it doesn't have some high and low just by the nature of the process.
