When did you take your last pregnancy test?
You didn't say how long your cycles are, but if I use the typical 28-day cycle as an example, by my count you are 54 or 55 days into this cycle (assuming the spotting was not a period), which makes you nearly a month late.
If I were you, I would do one of two things:
1. Take another home pregnancy test, following the directions very carefully, and/or
2. Call your doctor's office, tell them what you told us, and ask them if they want you to come in for a pregnancy test in their office.
Seems like either way you go about it, you really need to know. Has there been a reason you haven't taken another pregnancy test in the last month or so?
Are you having any other pregnancy symptoms, like fatigue or nausea, for instance?
