i recently created a new workout program for myself entitled "project apple bottom" i kicked by tushes butt, no pun intended! It it showed. No more cellulite, no more extra jiggle but I love the way my butt actually fills out pants now! joey's are great workout tips and help but I got my workouts from Taylor Ryan at www.theartofweightlifting.com.
