I have had the same problem for the past few months. Recently I found a lump. I went in for a checkup and after two ultrasounds and a mammogram I was diagnosed with fibrocystic breast disorder. It causes bumps and lumps in your Breasts with a sharp pain that worsens near pms time. Also during ovulation I've noticed I have pain when I never used to.also the lumps can come and go with your hormone levels. I hope this helps.
