I can appreciate how much you want this to be implantation bleeding and to be pregnant.
Implantation bleeding is scanty pink or brown vaginal bleeding that lasts only a few days, does not get heavier, does not turn red in color and goes away on its own. It usually occurs about six to 12 day following conception.
Levels of hCG, which is the hormone produced by the cells that form the placenta, can be detected in urine about 12 to 14 days following conception.
With all that being said, all you can do is wait. If the bleeding increases, it is your period. If it stops then test for pregnancy.
