I think this is very important for women to know. Many women are slaves to cardio and see no results in weight loss/changes. Gaining muscle will allow your body to burn more calories even just doing simple tasks throughout the day. Strength training is often intimidating to a lot of women, but it truly is a lot easier than one may think! It is actually quite fun!
