Hey Kristin, thanks for sharing! This is exactly why I come to EmpowHer. I love it when women share their doctors, resources and in this case, Joey's program and how it worked for you. I've tried all kinds of different lotions, creams and even some of those crazy machines doctors roll over your cellulite. None have worked for me. I'm so excited to try Joey's program. I'm hoping it does the trick for me, like it did for you. Is there a diet component Joey recommends or strictly exercise? Thanks again for sharing!! I'm excited to try this.
