Kristen, congratulations to you and thank-you for sharing. I have just completed my first week of Joey's program (doing it 3 times a week). I have never felt muscle fatigue or burn with any other program like I am with this one. I would also like to say, but it's not too hard to do either. Can't wait to see my results!
