I ordered the the Abs of steel and ULHTB about 4 or 5 months ago. I am here to tell you that it works. I have not had kids yet but I work 12 hr night shift and I alwyas feel to tired to do anything once I get off work. I am a 27 yr old female. But, working out with Joey is exciting and it's nice you can add your own music or don't listen to any at all. I remember with just the first workout, I could feel my abs and my butt muscles. The results are unbelieveable!! Thanks so much Joey and thanks Kristen for sharing your success as well.
