I having been experiencing pain in my right knee. I have not been approved for an MRI as of this date, but I am hoping to get approved soon (after jumping through insurance hoops). I am scheduled for my first ASTYM treatment next week and I'm very nervous about it. The PT thinks I either have loose scar tissue or possible torn cartilige (if torn, I'm told ASTYM will do nothing to help). I'm nervous because I'm reading about how painful this treatment seems to be. Any feedback from anyone who's had it done to their knee?
