I just started last week. Yes extremly painful and lots of bruising. That I can handle but the stretches and having to ice 10 min. every hour are taking its toll on me. I work and icing that much is impossible. Plus the streeches hurt beyond what I can handle for pain. Hope I can write back with more positive notes. I go in today for my second ESTYM treatment. Its for both my achilles tendon and yes they do both heels in 1 treatment. Hope I make it ,would give anything to walk again without pain.
