This exact thing happened to me last summer and started in my hands after a serious bout of profuse sweating. Now, it is all over after a shower, or I suppose if I can completely wet like after swimming etc. I drink a lot of wine. And I'm at the tail end of menopause...But otherwise, those are the only things that are significant. I don't take any kind of medications. I don't know if you can find any matching points... it is annoying and so noticeable. Hard to ignore.
