I have exactly the same thing but on my foot! It started around 3 weeks ago. It's a very small area about 1-2cm. Whenever I shower it feels very sticky and annoys me because the sock sticks to it. It only lasts about 15-20min until it dries out but it drives me crazy. I don't have it anywhere else and it didn't grow in size since it first appeared. There's a very slight discolouration when observed closely but nothing major. My girlfriend thinks I'm crazy...
