You can take showers or bath with an "Alpron" like antiseptic.
You can make this type antiseptic yourself by adding about 2% Clorox to 70% citric acid. Food grade citric acid is sold in the supermarket as coffee machine cleaner.
Otherwise research bleach bath on the internet.
A standard procedure would be to take a 30 minute bath with one cup Clorox.

The combination with citric acid removes another type biofilm.
The bleach will brake down on the skin as oxygen and end up as table salt .

All is effective against MRSA
