I have this!!! It started with my first pregnancy, got better after (although never went away totally) and is now worse during my second pregnancy. I suspect that it is related to varicose veins - both those in the legs and possibly having them "down there" too.
Although this is just my own diagnosis... my doc has been pretty useless on this so far.
