I have been experiencing horrible leg pain after sex as well. I'm now 6 months pregnant but it has been occurring for the past couple months. It starts immediately after & can last for hours. Typically it dulls while I'm sitting but is extremely painful if I'm standing up or moving around. I'm guessing it might have to do with being in the missionary position during sex but I honestly have no idea. I hadn't brought it up to my dr (not sure why) but plan to at my next appointment. This is not my first pregnancy & I don't recall ever experiencing this pain before. If I find any additional information from my doctor, I'll pass it on. I was glad to see I'm not the only one dealing with this. Please let me know if anyone finds anything else out. I pray this ends after the baby is here because it really doesn't help my sex life...which isn't good on the marriage. :) Take care, everyone.
