I can't imagine the amount of stress you are feeling. That's a lot to be handling all at once.
I think that you are probably right, that your extra action on July 5 with the birth control pills would have helped prevent a pregnancy. That was a good reaction. But coming off the Depo shot and being irregular, plus taking Plan B last month, you have all kinds of reasons that you're late. I am totally in agreement with you and I hope that your period will come soon so at least this is one thing you don't have to worry about.
Stress totally messes with our hormones, so with this number of things in your life, it's totally expectable that you're late. Plus, in your first question you didn't say you were on birth control. That's an extra point in favor of not being pregnant. You were on birth control, it was late in your cycle, you're not regular, you took Plan B last month, and your partner is getting ready to leave. That's enough to make five of us late, not just you!
Can you tell me about the cyst in your breast? Have you had it looked at and you know that's what it is?
