I am a little confused about your question as you said that you cleaned off the sperm yet you wiped the sperm inside of your vagina. If sperm had the opportunity to enter your vaginal area, there is certainly a possibility of pregnancy. If you wiped it all off, there is a highly unlikely possibility of pregnancy.
