Great that you used a condom! If you used it correctly, the good news is that condoms are up to 98% effective at preventing pregnancy...the odds are in your favor!
A pregnancy test is too early to be accurate, as you will need to wait until your period begins. If your period does not begin as you expect, wait a few days and then take a pregnancy test...this will be the only time it is 99% effective at detecting any "pregnancy hormone".
When are you expecting your next period? Are you using any type of hormonal contraceptives (the pill, for instance)?
Your symptoms could be indigestion, upcoming period or any number of things, and the only thing to do (unfortunately, I know) is wait until your period.
